This home was a complete remodel. Popcorn ceilings, formica countertop, vinyl flooring, carpeting, gold hinges, dated light fixtures, and cultured marble shower enclosures were some of the items needing to be replaced. Tricia was given permission to select all paint colors, light fixtures, furniture, window coverings, granite, tile backsplash, appliances, flooring, artwork, bedding and accessories for the entire home. Her client wanted to be surprised. The before pictures were lost in a computer crash so the transformation is hard to represent but it was drastic. The slate tile used in the master shower and fireplace surround gave the home a bit of rustic combined with the sophisticated chic finish out. A sentimental leather sofa was revitalized by repairing tears and refinishing the leather. The dining room, office, master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room were all furnished and designed by Tricia. How many designers would love the chance to create a home for a career woman and surprise her!
