This beach house was a joint effort between Tricia and her client. Initially unsure about mixing various styles (farmhouse, modern, warehouse, cottage, etc.), once the right rugs, pillows and accessories were added the look was a big success! Mrs. Schulze selected and purchased the reclaimed wood for the stairwell. She also designed her kitchen island, chose the kitchen paint finish and created the open shelving with rope and pulley systems. The 10 foot antique tiger grain oak dining table had to be lifted over the exterior porch to the second floor, albeit heavy winds, to land in it’s new home (exercise caution if brave enough to try on your own ;) A focal point created by Dabney Designs is the surfboard coffee table in the first floor living area. The master bedrooms and bunkrooms are incredible in style and charm. Tricia and her client not only created a beautiful beach house but they had fun in the process!
