Serentiy Found is a one bedroom condo in Cinnamon Shores located in Port Aransas. Tricia basically gutted and designed  this condo and put her own spin on it by changing the granite, tile backsplash, flooring, paint color, taking the cabinets off the wall, and adding shiplap siding to the walls. In her mind the condo was going to be calm and sweet but after stumbling upon this cool orange surfboard everything changed. The condo has a feel of kick back, relax and by all means have fun.  The description of shabby chic is well represented here when you notice the details - such as the sheet metal armadillo situated right below a crystal chandelier. The Cowskin rug combines the cream sofa with the white background in the chair nicely and custom pillows were made for the sofa to tie in the artwork directly above the sofa. A galvanized metal bucket on rolling casters  with a burlap upholstered cushion serves as a perfect ottoman in a small space. Tricia added nautical lighting to the bunks, as well as wall sconces were added in the hallway and master bedroom shiplap painted walls. A custom king size bed was built in with storage below to maximize space and the relaxed coastal feel. Seagrass shades create texture and softness. The open shelving in the kitchen allows for sentimental artwork or dishes to be displayed and creates a casual environment.
